Once you’ve learned and had fun generating 100’s of AI images it’s time you have a new hurdle. How to organize and manage of these images?
In this guide we’ll teach you about how you can filter, tag and add images to collections (similar to folders but with more flexibility) to easily organize your images.
We’ll be utilizing the “all images” tab and “collections” tab of your “my profile” section
The all images tab showcases all your images sequentially. From this tab you have variety of functions to organize images but most importantly you can select many images and add them to a Collection
All Images
All images created in ArtSmart.ai, whether through the Playground or Tunes feature, are stored in the "All images" section. We have added a tagging system so that you can group them into categories.
We have also added more filter options and a search bar to make it easier for you to find images on this page. Additionally, we have added the ability to select multiple images in order to perform bulk actions such as editing, deleting, or adding to a collection.

How to:
This menu allows you to load an image onto a completely new canvas, which you can then edit. How to:

Downloading the batch of images will take longer because it needs to first create a zip file of all the selected images before it can download the zip file.
The private image cannot be shared until it is made public. You must change the settings to make the image publicly available before you can share it.
How to share an image:
This menu is where you can delete your image (you can select multiple images to delete at once, following the instructions on How to batch tasks). Filter Image
We have given you some filters and a search bar to make it easier to find images. Here is what they are for:
(Click arrow to see more)
Image type
The image type filter allows you to select images based on the type. The default option is "All", which shows all images regardless of type. You can select either "Playground generation" or "Tune images" to view only images of that type. To reset the filter, select "All" again.
Tunes (will only available when “Image type” is “Tune images”)
The Tunes filter is only available when the “Image type” is set to “Tune images”. Your tunes will be listed as options, so you can filter the already-displayed tune images by their tune name. To reset the filter, select "All".
Visibility (only available in your own profile page)
The visibility filter allows you to filter the images that are displayed on your profile page. Select "Public" to view only the images that are available to everyone, select "Private" to view only the images that are only visible to you, or select "All" to reset the filter to reset the filter and show all images no matter the visibility setting.
Show private images only
Show public images only
Collection [new]
Collection filter allows you to filter images according to their collections. All of your collections will be listed as options so you can filter by collection name and only images within the specified collection will be displayed. You can select "Not in a collection" to show only images not already assigned to any collection, or you can choose "All" to reset the filter and show all images.
Filter by specific collection
We have a collection called "test collection" which contains only two items like as shown below
Filter result on “All Images” page
Tag [new]
Tag filter allows you to filter images by their tags. Some of your tags will appear as options so you can select them from the "List of tag" section.
You can use the search bar to find other tags that are not listed in the "List of tags" section;
Click on the search result and the tag will be added to the "Filter" section.
Click the "Apply" button to apply the filter then only images which have all the selected tags will be displayed.
You can modify the tag filter by clicking on the "X" icon of each selected tag in the "Filter" section or you can just click on the "Clear all" button to reset the filter.
Liked by me (the hearth icon) [new]
The heart icon is used to filter images based on whether or not you have liked them. You can just click the icon to filter. When the heart icon is red, only images that you have liked will be displayed; otherwise, when the icon is white, that means all images will be shown (the filter has been reset).
Show All images
Only show images that you have liked
Collections [new]
We received a lot of feedback that we should not use auto-grouping for image generation, so we have introduced a new grouping concept called a "collection". Think of it as a folder system with more flexibility.
Collections can be used to organize images into specific categories, making them easier to find and use. Additionally, collections can be shared with other users, allowing them to access the images and collections you have created.
Add Image to Collection
Refer to the section for instructions on how to add an image to a collection.
View items in a Collection
On the collection page, click on an item from the list.
A pop-up with the collection details will then appear.
Collection Item (the images within) Actions
The actions described here are for individual items (images) in the collection, not for the entire collection. Most of actions are the same as before, with the addition of some new actions regarding the new collection concept. Here is a quick overview of what you can do in this pop-up view

Sharing Collections
Collection Visibility
You can decide which collections you would like to make public or private. Only public collections and items within public collections will be visible to others on the internet, while private collections and items will only be seen by you.
Sharing Collection
Only collections with publicly-visible items can be shared and seen by everyone. If a collection is publicly accessible but has no publicly-visible items, it cannot be shared. To share the collection, you must make sure there are publicly-visible items in it
How to:
- To share a collection, hover your mouse over the collection thumbnail and click on the three dots icon.
- Select the option "Get link to share" to get the link for the collection.
- You’ll see notification that says the shared link successfully copied
- Share the link with anyone you want to. The format of the link for sharing will be similar to this
